We’re Floury Crum and Katy Southwood – friends and collaborators with over 30 years experience in production combined, and the founders of our services company here in Deal. We started this venture with a simple wish: to create meaningful opportunities with like-minded individuals.

The way content is produced and consumed is changing fast, and we want to be part of shaping what comes next - finding new, sustainable ways to support the creative community we care about. We believe production should be accessible, transparent, and collaborative at every level.

We’re passionate about helping independent voices and content makers get the same support and chances as the bigger players. We’re committed to well-structured, sustainable production that helps small companies and filmmakers not just get projects off the ground, but stay financially sound and creatively fulfilled.
